The knowledge of agile principles, practices and tools has been increasing dramatically over the last several years. Research also demonstrates the value that agile methods can have in increasing delivery of business value and agility, improving team productivity and decreasing product defects.

This course will present the principles, practices, terminology, tools and techniques associated with planning and estimating that can be successfully utilized on project efforts using an adaptive project approach.  The target audience for this class includes any individual who want to learn more about agile planning and estimating methods.
