Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Facilitated Methods ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Facilitated Methods ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations without prior approval. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Refund Policy

Facilitated Methods believes that we offer the best possible training, not only to pass the PMP® exam, but to ACE it by scoring above target in one or more domains.

After you attend any of our PMI® certification courses including PMP®, CAPM®, PgMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-PBA® course and do not pass the exam the first time, we allow you to attend another class free of charge and we will create a custom study plan for you. PMI® allows you to take any of these exams three times within a year and if you do not pass, you have to wait one year before you can try again. If you haven’t passed the exam after three attempts, we will refund 100% of your course tuition and allow you to register for another class free of charge at a future date. We have never had a person fail any exam three times.

We also will refund your tuition if you register for a course but decide not to attend more than one week before the class start date. We reserve the right to retain 25% of the tuition fee if you cancel withing a week of the class start date.

Miscellaneous
