Research also demonstrates the value that agile methods can have in increasing delivery of business value and agility, improving team productivity and decreasing product defects.

This course will present the principles, practices, terminology, tools, and techniques associated with major agile methods that can be successfully utilized on project efforts using this adaptive project approach.
