Course Description
The CAPM® certification is an essential first step in building a career as a project manager and shows that you possess the foundational knowledge and skills that project teams demand. It tests an individual’s aptitude on Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts. It also includes Predictive plan-based methods, Adaptive (agile) frameworks/methods, and Business Analysis frameworks.
This course provides the 23 hours of specific instruction required to apply and be approved to sit for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exam from PMI®.
