Research also demonstrates the value that agile methods can have in increasing the delivery of business value by improving team productivity and decreasing product defects. \nThis class will prepare participants with existing agile experience to pass the PMI-ACP® certification exam and provide the required 21 contact hours. This course will present the principles\, practices\, terminology\, tools and techniques associated with major agile methodologies that are covered on the PMI-ACP® exam. The course also includes on-line flash cards and an exam test bank. \nThe target audience for this class includes those individuals who want to learn more about agile methods or have only recently been exposed to or involved in agile projects.
