Project Management Essentials

This course was designed as an introductory course for individuals who are new to project management or are looking to formalize their project management knowledge. It covers core project management concepts and terminology. It provides practical skills, concepts and principles that can be taken back and incorporated into current assignments. This course is based upon the 5th edition of the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge (PMI – PMBOK)®.
